What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Booty Builder Activewear!
But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:
- the item should be returned in its original condition, that means with the label hanging on, without odours, stains, marks or hairs etc
- submit your return within 30 days after receiving your package
- treat the activewear with care when trying it on
- wear underwear when trying them on
- washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
- original shipping charges are non-refundable
How do I return an item?
Having to return something can be annoying – we totally get that.
So, to make it as easy as possible for you, simply send an email to help@bootybuilder.com and we will assist you.
Refund
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued to the original payment card.

Return fees
All returns are fully insured and trackable with DHL Express.
The return fee is $15 USD. The return costs will be deducted from your final refund.
